THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE.

Neurodivergent youth have always been taught how to fit into the; how to make neurotypical people comfortable. This has, however, resulted in a society that not only fails to understand and interact with autistic youth, but discriminates, exploits and abuses autistic youth - a harmful pattern that can be seen within our own community.

WHO ARE WE?

The Spectrum Society is an non-profit organization, run by us - two high school students in the Halton Region who wish to see a permanent change in neurotypical people's treatment and understanding of autistic youth.

We strive to execute our mission by hosting free educational workshops in local community spaces in partnership with licensed specialists in autism care and therapy.

In addition to these workshops, you can learn more about autism and find local resources for autism therapy at our ReLearn page.
